Terms of Use
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Nikita Konjusenko, the developer of Lucenti (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Lucenti, you agree to them. Please read them, especially the part about the subscription.
In short
- Lucenti is a subscription, monthly or yearly. The yearly plan starts with a free week for new subscribers.
- It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends and you won’t be charged again.
- Payments, cancelling and refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
- What you put into Lucenti stays yours.
Using Lucenti
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Lucenti on the devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. If you downloaded Lucenti from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply. Where they differ from these terms on the licence, theirs come first.
The subscription
- Lucenti offers a monthly and a yearly plan. Prices are shown in the app, in your currency, before you buy.
- Free week. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for people who haven’t had one before. Your Apple ID or Google account is charged the yearly price when the free week ends, unless you cancel before then.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase, or, with the free week, when it ends.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Reminders. During the free week, the app reminds you two days and one day before it ends.
- Price changes. If the price changes, Apple or Google will tell you in advance, as their rules require.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time:
- iPhone: in Lucenti, Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription, or in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Android: in the Google Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, or until the end of the free week. Deleting the app or your Lucenti account does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds
Because Apple and Google take the payment, they also decide on refunds, under their own policies: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through Google Play’s refund page. We can’t refund purchases ourselves. Your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in are not affected by these terms.
Your content
Your habits, notes, photos, voice notes and the sounds you add are yours. You allow us to store them, copy them to your account and show them back to you — only so that Lucenti works for you. You are responsible for having the right to use what you add, such as music files or photos made by someone else.
What you agree not to do
- use Lucenti against the law, or to store content that breaks it;
- try to get around the subscription, or gain access to someone else’s account;
- copy, resell, or interfere with Lucenti or the servers it runs on, except as the law allows.
Not medical advice
Lucenti helps you keep track of habits and plans. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical, health or professional advice.
Changes and availability
We keep improving Lucenti, so features may change. Lucenti works without an internet connection, but your account, sync and purchases need one, and those services may sometimes be unavailable. We will do our best to keep them running and your data safe.
Our responsibility
We build Lucenti with care, but we provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost data you had not backed up, or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using Lucenti and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
