Delete your account
This page is for Lucenti: Habit Tracker, by Nikita Konjusenko. You can delete your Lucenti account and everything stored in it at any time — in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.
In the app
- Open Lucenti and go to Profile.
- Tap your account at the top of the list.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away, and you are signed out.
Without the app
- Write to support@lucenti.app from the email address you sign in to Lucenti with, with the subject “Delete my account”.
- If you signed in with Apple or Google, tell us so; we may ask you to confirm it is your account.
- We delete the account and write back to confirm, within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
- your account and the email address it was created with;
- everything copied to your account: habits, events, tasks and their history, notes, photos, voice notes and sounds, your profile and settings.
It is removed from our servers at once, and from our backups within 30 days. It can’t be brought back.
What is kept
- Purchase records, kept by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat for as long as accounting and tax law requires. They are not linked to your habits.
- Emails you sent us, only for as long as we need them to finish helping you.
Before you delete
- Your subscription keeps running. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel it — cancel it with Apple or Google first. See Support for how.
- Data on your phone stays there until you delete the app. Deleting the app deletes it from that phone.
- To delete only some data, such as one habit and its history, delete it in the app; the change reaches your account too.
